ナルトシザー製のハサミを譲り受けたユーザー様へ
◎登録者変更(任意)
・登録者（持ち主）変更をする場合は、オリジナルオーナー（最初の使用者）の書面(登録変更届)による承諾とそのハサミと保証書を送付していただき、ナルトシザー工場で確認して登録者をセカンドオーナーの情報に変更できます。
・登録者変更の手続き費用は一件につき5千円(税別)を申し受けます。
・譲られたハサミの登録者変更の手続きをされた方にはナルトシザー登録者カードを発行いたします。

◎登録者変更届をされない場合
・登録者変更届をされない場合、ご自身でナルトシザーホームページからユーザーカードをダウンロードし、必要事項をご記入の上、工場へメンテナンスに送るハサミに同封してください。

その他登録内容を変更される場合
・お勤め先等の変更、苗字が変更された場合等は、変更手数料はかからず無料となります。登録変更届内の必要事項をご記入の上、変更するハサミ、保証書と合わせてナルトシザー工場に送付し変更手続きを行ってください。

メンテナンス
・ハサミのユーザー様が変わってから、登録変更の届出の有無にかかわらず、そのハサミに対するナルトシザー工場での調整やメンテナンスは受付いたします。
・ただし、メンテナンス内容や継続修理の保証は致しかねますのでご了承ください。

サービス券とナルトシザー営業社員のアフターメンテナンス
・譲り受けたハサミに付随するサービス券の使用は有効です。
・ナルトシザー営業社員によるアフターフォローのメンテナンスはオリジナルオーナーのハサミが対象となります。譲っていただいたハサミが不調の際はナルトシザー工場へお送りください。

目には見えないかえり刃。拭いても「取れているのかな?」と不安になることはないですか?
そもそもかえり刃ってどこに出てくるのでしょうか?
ハサミの拭くべき場所は?

ナルトシザーキャラクターのかえり刃君でご説明します。
図No.1を見てください。かえり刃君は黄色の部分に出ます。
色んな方向に倒れていて、お客様の髪を引っかけたり、滑らせたり、刃を傷つけたりするのです。

つまり、黄色い部分(刃線)を拭いていただきたいのです。
図2のように刃裏に曲がったかえり刃君が拭き残ることが多いので、そこもしっかりセーム革で拭いて下さい。

最後に、大切な指を切らないように十分お気をつけください。
コツは
・セーム革は2～4つ折りにたたみ、ぶ厚くして使う。
・片方の手を動かす。
※動かすのはセーム革かハサミのどちらか１つだけ! 両手を動かすと切れやすいです。
・セーム革を刃線(上からも下からも)に当てて拭く。

＼Where is Mr. Metallic dust?／
You can't see the metalic dust. So, after wipping your scissors, you might wonder whether metallic dust was wiped off or not. Have you exerienced this feeling before?
Where is metallic dust in the first place?
Which part of scissors should we wipe?

We are going to explain those things with our original character, Mr.Metallic dust.
Please have a look at the picture No.1 Mr.Metallic dust comes out on the yellow lines. Some are bending down in various directions. Mr.Metallic dust causes many problems like "hair getting caught", "hair running off the blades" and "damage to the blades."

Please wipe the yellow line (the edges)!!
As in the picture No.2, the bending Mr. Metallic dust on the inside blade edge are very difficult to remove, so please wipe there carefully.

Finally, please be very careful not to cut your important fingers.
Tips are in followings
・Fold a chamois leather in 2 to 4 and thicken it.
・Move only one hand.
※Move eather a chamois leather or scissors! If you move both, it is easy to cut the chamois leather and hands.
・Wipe off the edge (also from both sides).

ハサミ屋は「ハサミを拭いてください」と言います。何故でしょう？
ハサミ屋は「かえり刃を拭き取るためです」と言います。かえり刃ってなんでしょう？

かえり刃は目には見えない金属粉で、ハサミの不具合を引き起こします。ハサミの開閉時に刃と刃が擦れ合うと出てきます。ハサミ屋は快適にお仕事をしていただくために、ハサミのお手入れをお願いするのです。

かえり刃はどんな不具合を起こすのでしょうか？
例えば、髪を挟んでしまうという不具合。ネジのゆるみや刃が欠け等が原因の場合もありますが、かえり刃が引き起こすこともあるのです。

他にも、かえり刃が原因になりうる不具合が沢山あります。
・開閉がガサガサ重い。
・髪が引っ掛かる。
・髪がスベる。
・切れが悪い。

かえり刃よる不具合は、セーム革でかえり刃を拭き取るだけで改善します。

また、ある美容師様からこんな話を聞きました。
"ハサミの調子が悪いと感じたので、しばらく他のハサミを使って休ませてあげたら、調子が戻ってまた切りやすくなった。"

不思議ですね。。。実はこれも、かえり刃のしわざ。

Scissors company says, "Please wipe your scissors." Why?
Scissors company says, "To remove metallic dust." What is the metallic dust?

Metallic dust is invisible. It will come out on the blades while opening and closing scissors. It causes many problems. That is why scissors company asks you to wipe your scissors for comfortable use.

What kind of problem the metallic dust causes?
For example, the case of " hair gets stuck between the blades without being cutting"　There are several possible causes like a loose screw, chip of the blade and also Metallic dust!!

There are a number of problems that metallic dust causes.
・Opening and closing is heavy.
・Hair gets caught.
・Hair running off the blades.
・Cutting feeling is bad.

If these problems are caused by metallic dust, you can solve them by wiping off the metallic dust.

A hairdresser's experience ; he said,
"I felt something wrong with my scissors, so I gave them a rest, after a while I used them again then I could use them in a good condition again. "

Mystery?...No. Actually it is also metallic dust doing.
